While Smile Labs Sydney makes every effort to ensure that the information provided on this website is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, we do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content. Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon without conducting further research or seeking professional advice. 1.3 User Responsibility. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that any products, services, or information available through this website meet their specific requirements. You are advised to verify the accuracy and relevance of any content before acting on it. Booking a Session

2.1 Booking Process. Bookings for treatments can be made via our online booking platform, telephone, or in person at our clinic. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your booking is successfully processed. Please ensure that your contact details are accurate, as failure to provide the correct information may result in an inability to confirm or amend your booking. 2.2 Deposit Requirement. Some services may require a deposit to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be disclosed during the booking process. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Failure to attend or cancel within the required notice period may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. 2.3 Cancellations and Refunds. (a)Client-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If cancellations are made within this window, no penalty will apply, and any deposits paid will be fully refunded or credited to future services. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a forfeiture of the deposit, or a charge of 50% of the service fee if no deposit was taken. (b)Clinic-Initiated Cancellations: In the rare instance that Smile Labs Sydney needs to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide you with as much notice as possible and offer alternative arrangements. Any deposits paid will be refunded or credited. 2.4 Rescheduling. Rescheduling an appointment is allowed up to 24 hours before your appointment. You may reschedule your appointment by contacting us directly via phone or email. If rescheduled within 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply unless otherwise waived by Smile Labs Sydney. 2.5 No-Shows. If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, Smile Labs Sydney reserves the right to charge the full service amount or retain any deposits paid. Habitual no-shows may result in the requirement of full upfront payment for future appointments. 2.6 Late Arrivals. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, contact us immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate you, your session may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing the next client. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the cancellation policy may apply. 2.7 Booking for Minors. Clients under 18 years of age require the consent of a parent or legal guardian to book and attend appointments at Smile Labs Sydney. Consent must be provided in writing, and the parent or guardian must accompany the minor to the appointment.

Smile Labs Sydney Gift Card

3.1 Purchase and Use. Smile Labs Sydney gift cards can be purchased in-store or online. Gift cards may only be redeemed at Smile Labs Sydney for treatments and services as listed on the website. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given for partial redemption of the card value. 3.2 Expiry of Gift Cards. In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Smile Labs Sydney gift cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be void, and the gift card will no longer be redeemable. 3.3. Non-Transferability. Gift cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual to whom they are issued, unless otherwise agreed by Smile Labs Sydney in writing. Attempting to transfer or sell a gift card may result in it being voided without refund. 3.4 Replacement of Lost or Stolen Cards. Smile Labs Sydney is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. It is the purchaser's or holder's responsibility to safeguard their card. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced or refunded. 3.5 Refund on Gift Cards. Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased, except where required under Australian Consumer Law. If you believe there has been an error in the purchase of a gift card, contact Smile Labs Sydney within 14 days of the purchase to rectify the issue.

Treatment and Service Terms

4.1 Consultation and Eligibility. All new clients may be required to undergo a pre-treatment consultation to assess their suitability for the requested service. Consultations are conducted by qualified professionals, and a detailed medical history may be required to ensure safety and efficacy. Certain treatments may have eligibility requirements based on age, medical conditions, or skin type, and Smile Labs Sydney reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable. 4.2 Medication Conditions and Disclosures. Clients must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or medications they are taking that could impact the treatment outcome. Smile Labs Sydney will not be liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes if relevant information is not disclosed at the time of booking or consultation. 4.3 Aftercare and Results. Smile Labs Sydney will provide comprehensive aftercare instructions for each treatment. Clients are responsible for following these instructions to ensure optimal results and minimise risks. While we strive for excellent results, individual outcomes may vary depending on factors such as skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare. Smile Labs Sydney cannot guarantee specific results for any treatment. 4.4 Post Treatment Issues. If you experience any concerns following your treatment, you must notify Smile Labs Sydney within 48 hours. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, offer a complimentary follow-up or treatment adjustment.

Payment Terms

5.1 Deposit Payments. For certain services, a deposit may be required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount will vary depending on the service selected. Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases of clinic-initiated cancellations or rescheduling within the cancellation policy. 5.2 Full Payment. Full payment for services is required at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed. Smile Labs Sydney accepts payments via credit card, debit card, and Smile Labs Sydney gift cards. 5.3 Refund Policy. Smile Labs Sydney does not provide refunds for services rendered. If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, contact us within 48 hours, and we will address the issue accordingly. Refunds are only applicable where required by Australian Consumer Law, including instances of defective products or unsatisfactory services.

Limitations of Liability

6.1 General Disclaimer.Smile Labs Sydney is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage incurred as a result of using this website or receiving treatments from Smile Labs Sydney. This includes loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from the use or inability to use our services, unless such liability is required by Australian Consumer Law. 6.2 Consumer Guarantees. Under Australian Consumer Law, consumers have certain rights regarding goods and services that cannot be excluded or limited by these Terms and Conditions. If Smile Labs Sydney fails to meet these guarantees, we will provide a remedy in the form of repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
